Hi, I have put in my youtube code and when I load the page it's nothing but black static where the video should be. It says an error occurred. please try again later. How can I fix this?

I fixed it! Thank you for the quick reply. I actually have another question though: How can I remove the shopping cart in the menu?

    Disable Woocommerce plugin.

    Thanks!

I don't know if you saw my other comment- about disabling the text over the video header on main page?

Did you enable the custom CSS Code first? It has a toggle and it should be blue when is active

    Ok all done.

The code was there 3 times? why?

    Everything work now.

For the GIF simply upload it as a image, no big deal!

    Thanks!

Sorry one more question- I'm not familiar with what format a GIF should be in? I downloaded a few I wanted to use but they are .mov and too big apparently

although it's saying my Gifs are too big. "Exceeds file size"

A GIF should be around 1-2 MB maybe 5 MB max so it could be loaded fast.

10mb 20 mb will simply kill the website loading time

I just found that out the hard way- I added a 20mb gif from the back end. Do you have any idea how to get it down to 1-2mb?

It`s a tricky operation, quality will be loss, etc.

You can give it a try
