Whenever I try to to make website edits via the settings >> "customize", none of the changes save (even after I save and publish). When I close the customer side menu, it asks me to leave the page, and when i do, the website doesnt have any of the changes I made.
Example: Enter "Customize", go to "blog" >> "frontpage latest posts" >> Post Page Title -- change the title >> hit Save & Publish.
It doesnt say "Saved" after hitting the button, just says "Save & Publish". When I "X", i leave the page, the changes do not apply.

I checked the issue. it seems that there is an issue with your http/https certificate. Some links are on http, others on https.
I have attached some screenshots.
Here are some useful links also, if you don`t manage please contact your host provider.

Ok, so the real problem is that the server can not access a mandatory file for wordpress to work. I attached a screenshot. Please contact your hosting provider and ask about the issue!

Ok all fixed.
It seems that Woocommerce plugin is having some issues.
I deactivated the plugin. if you don`t plan to use woocommerce it is ok. We will wait for an update from them.
Until then everything works fine!
thanks looks good now and it work!
We dont plan to us Woocommerce at the moment.
Mine isn't working at all. I'm on the homepage and press on the "Customize" button and it won't load. I disabled Woocommerce. My Customize feature stopped working once Wordpress updated to 4.9.
you need to update the theme.
